Production Coordinator

This is an administrative position that will assist Rental Agents and accounting staff to ensure purchase orders and invoices are accurate and timely. Act as a liaison with sales, customers and receiving to ensure gear is accounted for when orders are returned. Follow up and resolve issues with missing & damaged gear. Generate reports as needed.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills as you will be interfacing with high level customers across multiple company locations. The ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment and interact effectively with multiple departments at various levels of the company.
The ideal candidate may not be located in greater Atlanta. We will reimburse reasonable relocation expenses for the right candidate.
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Run daily reports for late equipment returns and missing gear

Follow up on all rental equipment returns

Communicate with client to confirm return dates/times and report to logistics team

Work with Receiving Department Managers and Asset Manager to verify missing gear
-
Create quotes for gear extensions and Loss & Damaged

Upload shipping contracts into rental tracking system (Rental Tracker)

Confirm all Purchase Order detail is accurate

Communicate with our Corporate Accounting Department to ensure accurate billing

Manage and perform various workflow analysis to ensure accurate reporting to VP of Sales Operations
Requirements:
-
Experience with and knowledge of Rental Tracker Pro IS A MUST

Understanding of the basic concept of tracking rental equipment inventory

Familiarity with film and entertainment industry workflow

Ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities under minimal supervision

Basic knowledge of accounting functions.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 2 years minimum previous experience in live event production and rental inventory equipment tracking
