Summary of Responsibilities:
SGPS Inc. has been in the business of Truss, Rigging, Staging, Automation, Fabrication, and Production Services for over 30 years. We work directly with live entertainment, convention, motion picture production, and touring music industries providing design services, road staff and rental gear.
Responsibilities

Responsible to ensure that all loaded material is secured for transport.

Responsible for accuracy of all product shipping to clients.

Prepare product/material for shipment as required.

Loads and unloads trucks for the purpose of filling orders for transport.

Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (e.g. forklifts)

Very fast-paced.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Time management skills

Physically able to lift 50 pounds

Open to working nights and weekends
-
Work with limited supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

General Warehouse/Shop Staff

Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
Shares in the daily tasks of maintaining the warehouse, including but not limited to: loading and offloading trucks, sorting and storing ShowRig rental gear, prepping and packing gear for shipment, managing inventory and printing shipping documents as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive products and materials into the warehouse.

Prepare products and material for shipment as required.

Load and unload trucks for the purpose of filling orders for transport.

Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (e.g. forklifts, trucks, power tools)

Assist in inventory control.

Prepare manifest for products as required.

Assist in the build, tech, disassembly, and packaging of all truss and staging related products.

Maintain a safe and organized warehouse.

Report any safety hazard immediately to management.

Adhere to all OSHA Safety regulations.
Requirements:
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Capacity to work with others in a team environment under a variety of circumstances.
Basic skill to operate various types of warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
Physically able to lift 50 pounds.
Open to working nights and weekends.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous stage building experience a plus, not required.
