OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

FULL TIME

Hiring for Los Angeles and Atlanta offices

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels of the company.  Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment a must. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all Purchase Order(s) detail is accurate

  • Upload shipping contracts into rental tracking systems

  • Follow up on all rental returns 

  • Contact clients as needed 

  • Run reports as required 

  • Communicate with accounting to ensure accurate billing

  • Manage and perform various workflow analysis to ensure accurate reporting to VP Sales Operations Staff

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Rental Tracker Pro (RTPro) a plus (not required) 

  • General knowledge of film entertainment industry preferred

  • Experience with equipment rentals and inventory control preferred

  • Ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities a must

  • Basic knowledge of accounting functions required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • 2 years minimum of previous experience in live event production and inventory tracking.
