Technology Operations Manager
Pete Lopez joined SGPS ShowRig Inc. in 2011 after working in hotel/restaurant management for 10 years. He spent time working in the shop and on tour before transitioning to his current management position. As Technology Operations Manager, Pete oversees the maintenance, repair, and inventory of all automation gear. He is also responsible for training new staff and crew on all automation software. This includes testing, troubleshooting, and programming of equipment prior to each job. Pete works closely with the project management team to assist in choosing the right equipment for the clients' needs and will prep all gear once the job is confirmed. While the gear is out on jobs, Pete's team follows through and assists in any hardware or software issues that may arise and will send gear replacements as needed.
